1. Is the selected shipping service available in my country? Who is the shipping carrier? How long will it take to arrive?

We offer free shipping to most countries for orders over $60, 20 shipping fee for orders under $60

Delivery time = processing time (order preparation) + shipping time.

(1) Free Shipping:

• Fee: Free shipping for orders over $60, $20 shipping fee for orders under $60

• Processing time: 1-2 weeks

(2) Expedited delivery: Available only to Norway, Iceland and Cyprus.

• Shipping carrier: UPS/DHL Express

• Cost: $108 per item

• Processing time: 1-2 weeks

• Delivery time: 5-7 days

Please note: Delivery time will vary depending on flight information at the time of order.  Other remote countries may take more time. We are constantly improving our service and we will try our best to find more and better carriers to cooperate with.

2. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

About Returns and Refunds

1. How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you insist on canceling, we will charge 30%-50% of the order amount as storage fees, order preparation fees and shipping fees. This fee will be deducted from the refund for your goods.

2. What if I receive a damaged item?

Products received with broken glass or plastic are not considered defective and are not returnable. In this case, we will replace the glass or plastic free of charge. If you do not wish to receive a replacement and wish to return the product, we will treat it as a normal return and charge a restocking fee of up to 35%. We also reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping costs from your refund.

3. When can I receive my refund?
